Season protection
Cutover activities are scheduled around your peak season. If your busy season moves, the plan moves. The horror story every contractor has heard doesn’t happen on my watch.
What happens after
The Sprint makes the decision. The retainer carries it through.
Most clients continue month-to-month as fractional Chief Value Officer retainer clients ($4,500–$6,000/mo) while the platform gets implemented and the deeper build-out happens: smart estimating with required fields, inventory with three-way match, training videos embedded in the system, the Friday one-page dashboard.
